Abstract:
The Test Automation Framework follows a Key Word Driven approach. It is initiated and implemented in place of earlier Record and Playback method. It has been developed based on the concept of reusable services that are used to automate test execution. This makes the Automation Tester’s life easier. A tester with out any technical knowledge of Test Automation tool (QTP) can use this framework to automate test scripts. It is very cost effective as it needs less number of test automation experts. It can be implemented to improve the productivity of automation projects.

Speaker :
Sridhar has 11 years of IT Experience. Out of which 5 years is on Software Development and rest 6 years is on Testing. He worked for Multi National Companies like Siemens, eGulf Technologies, Birla soft, GE (UK) and Microsoft. He has been certified as CSTE by QAI, CLS (Certified Lotus Specialist) by Lotus Corporation, CLP (Certified Lotus Programmer) by TekMetrics. Best performer by GE. During his development experience he has extensively used Lotus Notes Domino to develop various workflow and web based applications. During his testing experience he played different roles like Functional Tester, System Tester, Test Director Admin, Test Lead, System Analyst and gained good experience on Mercury and Rational Tools. By getting exposed to advanced features of automation tools he has automated complicated scenarios and reduced the testing life cycle time. He was involved in developing POCs and estimations for testing projects. He has received lot of appreciations from clients and his supervisors for leading the projects and for conducting various trainings.


Speaker :
Vasavi has total of 5.6 years of experience in Software testing out of which 3years in Test Automation. She has gained experience on Automation tools like Win runner, Quick Test professional, Test Director, Test Manager, and Clear Quest. She got an ACE AWARD (Client Sponsored Instant Karma Award) and two Super Trooper awards. She cleared the CSTE exam with 79%. She is certified by Brain bench for Win runner. She has received appreciations for conducting trainings in mercury tools like win runner and QTP and also received client appreciations frequently in different projects. She has played the role of initiator and developer in developing Test Automation Frameworks and also played the role of Test lead in couple of projects.
